A previous supplier had not installed the boiler correctly. AKB came along, identified all the issues and came within a matter of days to correct the problems. The roof flue was at an angle, incorrectly secured, had parts missing and the tiling around the roof exit point plus the weatherproofing were amatuerish and likely to leak. AKB also checked the boiler settings and adjusted them to the correct settings. AKB stepped in quickly when the original supplier failed to respond to requests for rectification and did an excellent job.
